General Terms and conditions

 

As from the 1st Jan 2017 all bookings will be held for one week until we receive, by return, the agreed deposit/administration fee, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. Deposits/administration fees are non transferable and non refundable.

 

Dogs must be fully inoculated and booster must be up-to-date including Kennel Cough. Certificates of inoculations must be shown on arrival.  Flea, tick and worming treatment must also be up-to-date and information given to us. - We are sorry, but we can no longer accept diabetic dogs or dogs that have seizures.

 

All animals are boarded purely at the owner’s own risk. If it becomes ill or in an emergency, you agree to veterinary treatment being sort from our Vet in an Emergency or yours for minor ailments. You are responsible for the fees.

 

Payment is in full by cash or cheque, less any deposit/administration fee. Refunds will not be given for early returns.

 

Charges commence from the day of arrival until and including the day of departure.

 

Failure to arrive on the date booked will result in the reservation being cancelled and the full boarding fee charged. 

 

Cancellations made 15 days or less before arrival date will be charged for in full.

Any shortening of the original dates booked made 15 days or less before arrival date,  will incur a charged at 50% of the original cost, for each day the booking has been shortened by.

Any bedding, toys or property supplied, is left at the owners risk and we cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage

 

If your dog is upsetting itself and others due to barking 24/7 other arrangements will have to be made in the future. (Dogs bark, we all know that, our concerns are with extreme barking due to anxiety)

 

We do not accept aggressive dogs, if the dog does become aggressive every attempt will be made to ensure its basic care, but they may not be allowed out of the kennel area and the owner may be contacted to collect the dog immediately.

 

In the unlikely event of a dog passing away, every attempt will be made to contact the owner, if this is not possible our vets will be contacted and arrangements made for collection and the fee charged to you.

Any trip to the Vet we make will incur both time and travel costs and these will need to be paid by you to us on collection of your dog.

Dogs from same family can only share a kennel if signed permission is given. A signature on the registration card will be required for this purpose.

 

Whilst every possible attention is given to each pet boarded with us, when family pets share accommodation we cannot be held responsible for any injury caused from one dog to another within the same family. Please sign the bottom of the T & C form to consent to your dogs sharing a kennel. Should we feel the need to separate them in the interest of the animal’s own safety,  this i your consent. The relevant fee for the extra accommodation will be charged.

 

In signing these T & C you are also agreeing to our ‘Privacy Policy’ which is displayed in the office or can be found on are web site.

 

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions as needed.
